The '64's offer amazingly authentic vintage Fender tone with top end sparkle, slight mid scoop and a full but tight bottom end. When played clean they produce a sweet piano-like clarity along with the familiar woody quack tone that Strat players love. Add some gain and they retain excellent note separation and continue to cut through without getting lost in the mix

The Onamac Windery Vintage '64's are made using period correct gray flatwork, our custom alnico magnets, waxed cloth pushback leads, a hand scatter wound coil using vintage spec plain enamel magnet wire and a light wax potting to prevent the possibility of micro phonics. Includes new mounting hardware and covers in your color choice.
